- WHERE ON THE WEBSITE CAN I FIND FULL VERSIONS OF MATERIALS FROM THE PERIODICALS?
- Full versions are not placed on the website and are not planned to be. In the section of EDITIONS you can familiarize with the annotations of materials and decide for yourself the expediency to purchase this or another edition.
- I HAVE ORDERED YOUR PRODUCTION FROM THIS SITE (OR BY REGULAR MAIL). WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY PART OF IT, WHEN I PAID FOR EVERYTHING?
- The production which at the moment of the order is already issued, is sent immediately after the transfer to our account of the necessary sum. Ordered production which was not published yet, will be sent to you once after the edition. Any additional orders, and also surcharges in connection with possible change of cost in this case is not required.
